Reporting requirements

A. The commissioner of administration shall prepare such reports as he finds necessary for the proper conduct of his duties. B. In the fiscal year immediately following a regular session of the legislature in which the legislature has enacted appropriations from the state general fund for the payment of specific judgments or claims, the commissioner of administration shall report to the House Committee on Appropriations and the Senate Committee on Finance on the fifteenth day of October and the fifteenth day of February regarding the payment status of all such claims and judgments, including but not limited to the last offer made by the plaintiff as well as the last offer made by the state of Louisiana and the final cost of each judgment.
