Price at which securities may be sold

A. It is the intent of the legislature to make uniform those portions of existing laws relating to the price at which securities may be sold, it being recognized by the legislature that there are differences in the prices at which securities may be sold in the various existing laws authorizing the issuance of securities. B. Notwithstanding any limitations set forth in any other law relating to the issuance of securities by public entities, all securities may be sold at such price or prices as may be determined by the governing authority of the issuer of such securities provided the issuance of the securities is approved by the State Bond Commission. C. Repealed by Acts 1985, No. 727, §5, eff. July 16, 1985.
