A. The board is authorized, by rule, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, to establish fees and costs to be imposed for the purpose of implementing and enforcing the provisions of this Chapter. However, the board may, by a majority vote, reduce the amount of or waive the collection of any such fees. The fees established under the provisions of this Section shall be paid to the secretary-treasurer. B. All Louisiana candidates for licensure who take national or regional clinical licensing examinations shall pay the examination fees directly to the examining agency administering such clinical examinations.
