A. No person shall operate a barber college unless he holds a certificate of registration in good standing therefor issued by the board and unless such certificate is displayed at all times in a conspicuous place on the premises. B. The board shall issue a certificate of registration for each college that complies with this Chapter and the regulations of the board.
