Violations; penalties

A. No person shall engage in the private security business except in accordance with this Chapter and the rules and regulations adopted by the board hereunder. B. Whoever willfully violates any provisions of this Chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned for not less than ten days nor more than five months, or both.
