A. The board shall determine the scope, form, and content of the examinations for licensure. The examination, which shall be written, shall test the applicant's knowledge of the private security business and his ability to apply that knowledge and to assume responsible charge in the practice of private security. B. All applicants for licensure, regardless of whether the applicant holds a valid license in a state which has comparable licensing requirements, are required to successfully pass the examination for licensure.
