A. The board shall annually elect a chairman, a secretary-treasurer, and one or more vice chairmen. Each officer shall serve for one year or until his successor is elected. B. Any officer may be removed from office for proper cause by a majority vote of the board. Such officer must be given due notice and a hearing.
