Prohibited acts; penalties

A. Unless otherwise exempted, any person who knowingly engages in the practice of interior design without a valid certificate of registration violates this Chapter. B. Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter or any rules and regulations adopted under its authority shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars for each such violation.
