A. Any person who engages in auctions without a valid license violates this Chapter. B. Any person who violates any provisions of this Chapter or any rules and regulations adopted under its authority shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each such violation. Each individual sale or act in connection with the conduct of an auction in violation of any provisions of this Chapter shall constitute a separate offense and violation of this Chapter.
