The board may grant a license to practice chiropractic with examination to a chiropractor who: (1) Complies with the same or equivalent requirements as provided in R.S. 37:2805; or (2) Has maintained a license and has been in active practice in good standing in another jurisdiction for a minimum of five consecutive years immediately prior to his application and meets all requirements of R.S. 37:2805 with the exception of R.S. 37:2805(B)(1)(f).
