A. It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to: (1) Sell or fraudulently obtain or furnish any license or aid or abet therein. (2) Practice as a nursing facility administrator, under cover of any license or registration illegally or fraudulently obtained or unlawfully issued. (3) Practice as a nursing facility administrator or use in connection with his name any designation tending to imply that he is a nursing facility administrator unless duly licensed and registered to so practice under the provisions of this Chapter. (4) Practice as a nursing facility administrator with a license or registration issued under the provisions of this Chapter which is suspended or revoked. (5) Otherwise violate any of the provisions of this Chapter. B. Such misdemeanor shall be punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not more than one year or both.
