Renewal of license; fees

A. A person who engages in the fitting and selling of hearing aids shall annually pay the board a fee of two hundred dollars for a renewal of his license or certificate of endorsement. A thirty-day grace period shall be allowed after the expiration of a license or certificate of endorsement during which the same may be renewed on payment of a fee of three hundred dollars to the board. B. The board shall suspend the license or certificate of any person who fails to have his license or certificate renewed by the expiration of the thirty-day grace period. After the expiration of the grace period, the board may renew a license or certificate upon payment of a fee of four hundred dollars to the board. C. Repealed by Acts 2005, No. 261, §2.
