A. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Public Records Act, R.S. 44:1 et seq., reports received by professional licensing boards under the provisions of this Part shall be held confidential and shall not be deemed to be or be treated as public records. B. Such reports shall be privileged against disclosure or production pursuant to administrative or judicial subpoena.
