Certificates; validity, renewal, display

A. Each holder of a certificate of approval shall, by September thirtieth of each and every year, pay to the treasury of the board an annual renewal fee as established by the board. Holders of a certificate who fail to renew on or before that date may be assessed a late renewal fee as established by the board. B. The holder of a certificate of approval to act as a registered veterinary technician must display his certificate in such a manner as to be visible and readable by persons in the office of the licensed veterinarian.
