A. All fees received by the board under this Chapter and all monies otherwise received by the board shall be paid to the board through the secretary-treasurer. Disbursements made by the board shall be signed by the chairman and the secretary-treasurer. In absence of the chairman or the secretary-treasurer, the vice chairman may sign all documents with the remaining authorized signatory. B. All fees and monies received by the board shall be used solely to effectuate the provisions of this Chapter including but not limited to expenditures necessary for office fixtures, equipment and supplies, and all other expenses necessary to conduct the business of the board.
