A. The board will make all necessary rules and regulations governing the time, place, and method of conducting examinations and the grading of them, and prescribe the types of examinations to be given. The examination shall consist of technical and professional subjects that the board may prescribe. B. Copies of board examinations and answers of applicants shall be maintained for one year. The board examinations and the answers of applicants shall be exempt from disclosure pursuant to the Public Records Law as provided for in R.S. 44:1 et seq.
