Louisiana Code § RS 37:1360.68

Persons and practices not affected

Nothing in this Part shall be construed as preventing or restricting the practice, services, or activities of any individual: (1) Licensed in this state by any other law from engaging in the profession or occupation for which he is licensed. (2) Employed as a medical psychologist by the United States government in the event the individual practices solely under the direction or control of a United States governmental agency by which he is employed.
