Injunctive proceedings

A. The board may apply for an injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin any person from committing any act prohibited by the provisions of this Part, or prohibited by the board by authority of this Part. B. If it is established that any person has been or is committing any act prohibited by any provision of this Part or prohibited by the board by authority of this Part, the court shall enter a decree enjoining said person from further violation of this Part. C. In case of violation of any injunction issued in accordance with the provisions of this Part, the court shall try and punish the offender for contempt of court in accordance with law.
