Number of access sites

The number of access sites which shall be constructed shall be determined by the size of the lake as follows: (1) For lakes of less than two thousand, five hundred acres, at least one access site; (2) For lakes of from two thousand, five hundred to five thousand acres, at least two access sites; and (3) For lakes of over five thousand acres, at least two access sites for the first five thousand acres and one access site for each additional ten thousand acres.
