For the purposes of this Part, the terms used herein shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) "Board" means the Board of Louisiana River Pilot Review and Oversight. (2) "Board of Commissioners or Examiners" means those boards and commissions as defined or provided for in R.S. 34:941, 991, 1041, and 1072. (3) "Pilot" means those pilots as designated in R.S. 34:941, 992, 1041, and 1071.
