As used in this Chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) "Board" means the Board of Commissioners of St. Bernard Parish Water and Sewer Commission. (2) "Commission" means the St. Bernard Parish Water and Sewer Commission. (3) "Districts" means, collectively, Sewer District No. 1, Sewer District No. 2, Water District No. 1 and Water District No. 2, all of the parish of St. Bernard, state of Louisiana. (4) "Parish" means the parish of St. Bernard, state of Louisiana. (5) "Sewer District No. 1" means Sewer District No. 1 of the parish of St. Bernard, state of Louisiana. (6) "Sewer District No. 2" means Sewer District No. 2 of the parish of St. Bernard, state of Louisiana. (7) "Water District No. 1" means Water District No. 1 of the parish of St. Bernard, state of Louisiana. (8) "Water District No. 2" means Water District No. 2 of the parish of St. Bernard, state of Louisiana.
