Modification of plan by resolution after public hearing; adoption of resolution of intention

A. The tourist commission may, at any time, modify the management plan. Any modification of the management plan shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Section. B. The tourist commission may modify the management plan after conducting a public hearing as provided in this Chapter regarding the proposed modifications. The tourist commission may modify the improvements and activities to be funded with the revenue derived from the levy of the assessments by adopting a resolution determining to make the modifications after holding a public hearing on the proposed modifications. C. The tourist commission shall adopt a resolution of intention which states the proposed modification prior to the public hearing. The public hearing shall be held not more than ninety days after the adoption of the resolution of intention.
