NOTE: R.S. 33:130.546 repealed by Acts 2001, 1st Ex. Sess., No. 2, §3, eff. upon transfer to the military department of the state pursuant to R.S. 29:33.2. See Section 5 of Act 2. The district and all properties at any time owned by the district and the income therefrom shall be exempt from all taxation by the state of Louisiana.
