Brake fluid shall be deemed to be misbranded if: (1) The container does not bear a label on which is printed the name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor, the words "Brake Fluid", and, if required by regulation established by the department, the type of classification. (2) The container does not bear an accurate statement of the quantity of the contents in terms of liquid measure. (3) The labeling on the container is false or misleading in any particular. The words and letters required by this Section shall appear on the label in legible type and the fact that same meets or exceeds SAE specifications shall be stated.
