A. The department may establish certain highways as controlled access highways and prohibit the entrance to, or exit from, such highways except at designated points. B. When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any controlled access highway except at such entrances and exits as have been designated by the department.
