A. A motor vehicle, when used in transporting explosives, shall be equipped with a minimum of one fire extinguisher having a rating of at least 10-BC, completely filled and in working condition, and placed at a convenient point on the motor vehicle. B. REPEALED BY ACTS 1989, NO. 330, §2.
