A. Any motorcycle carrying a passenger, other than in a sidecar or enclosed cab, shall be equipped with footrests for such passenger. B. No person shall operate any motorcycle with handlebars that require the hands of the operator to be above the operator's shoulder height when the operator is sitting astride the seat and the operator's hands are on the handlebar grips.
