Civil penalties; recovery

A. Repealed by Acts 2006, No. 841, §2, eff. Jan. 1, 2007. B. The amount of any civil penalty compromised or collected by court action may be deducted from any amount owed to the state by the person charged. C. All civil penalties collected pursuant to this Chapter shall be paid into the state treasury and, in accordance with Article VII, Section 9 of the Constitution of Louisiana, shall be credited to the Bond Security and Redemption Fund.
