Relationship to federal law

A. Regulations promulgated pursuant to this Chapter shall be no less stringent than any minimum standards established under federal law or regulations. B. If a provision of this Chapter conflicts with a federal law pertaining to lead hazard reduction activities, the provision shall not apply to the extent that it is preempted by the federal law.
