Agency lands; school boards sixteenth section lands; leases authorized

A. Every agency is authorized to lease its land for the development and production of minerals. School boards are authorized to lease sixteenth section lands for the development and production of minerals. B. The provisions of R.S. 30:148.1 through 148.7 and R.S. 47:648.1 shall not authorize the breach of any term or condition of any state agency lease applying to lands or mineral interest owned or administered by any school board.
