A. Each manufacturer who sells artificial crawfish bait in Louisiana shall register each product with the department. Each manufacturer shall submit a quarterly report to the department showing the amount of artificial bait sold in Louisiana during that quarter. The quarterly reports shall be submitted on or before the fifteenth day after each quarter. B. Each distributor who sells crawfish bags in Louisiana shall register each type of bag with the department. Each manufacturer shall submit a quarterly report to the department showing the number of each type of bag sold in Louisiana during that quarter. The quarterly reports shall be submitted on or before the fifteenth day after each quarter.
