A. No one shall use, sell, hire, offer, or expose for sale or hire, or have in possession for the purpose of using, selling, or hiring a false weight, measure, or weighing or measuring device or any device to be used or calculated to falsify any weight or measure. B. No one shall use, sell, hire, offer, or expose for sale or hire, any incorrect commercial weighing or measuring device.
