A. The commission may issue a cease and desist order and the commissioner may issue a stop order or notice of non-compliance to stop or prevent a violation of any provision of this Chapter or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this Chapter. B. The commissioner may seek to collect any fee, penalty, or cost that may be due under any provision of this Chapter or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this Chapter. C. The commissioner may institute civil proceedings in any court of proper jurisdiction and venue to: (1) Enforce the rulings of the commission. (2) Collect any fee, penalty or cost due under any provision of this Chapter or any rules or regulations adopted pursuant to this Chapter. (3) Seek injunctive relief to restrain and prevent violations of any provision of this Chapter or of any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this Chapter.
