Violations; penalties

A. The commissioner may impose a civil penalty of up to one thousand dollars for each violation of this Part or of the rules and regulations adopted under the provisions of this Part. B. Civil penalties may be assessed only by a ruling of the commissioner based on an adjudicatory hearing held in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
