A. The state may not limit the ability of Louisiana agricultural firms to bid or do business in Louisiana by restricting Louisiana agricultural markets including but not limited to those markets subject to Title 27 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950. B. Nothing in this Chapter is intended to limit the ability of the department to regulate agriculture and aquaculture as is otherwise provided in this Title.
