Penalty; fines

A. Whoever is found by the commission to have violated a provision of this Subpart or any rules or regulations adopted pursuant to this Subpart shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars per violation. B. The commission may assess the cost of the adjudicatory proceeding and shall, by rule and regulation, determine the amount of costs to be assessed, which may include the cost of inspections, investigations, and laboratory analysis.
