Slot machines shall: (1) Be inspected by the board or its designee for certification and compliance. (2) Have a serial number or other identification number permanently affixed to the device by the manufacturer. (3) Be connected to a central computer operated and maintained as directed by the board. (4) Offer the same minimum winning percentage and payout as slot machines on riverboats.
