Unlawful possession of devices intended for violations of the Louisiana Gaming Control Law

A. It is unlawful for any person to have on his person or in his possession on or off the premises of any licensed gaming establishment any device intended to be used to violate the provisions of this Title. B. It is unlawful for any person to have on his person or in his possession on or off the premises of any licensed gaming establishment with the intent to violate the provisions of this Title any key or device known to have been designed for the purpose of and suitable for opening, entering, or affecting the operation of any gambling game, drop box, or any electronic or mechanical device connected thereto, or for removing money or other contents therefrom. C. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this Section shall be imprisoned, with or without hard labor, for not more than two years or may be fined not more than two thousand dollars, or both.
