A. The office of alcohol and tobacco control may install and use microfilm or microfiche machinery or electronic digitizing machinery and apparatus in the recordation, filing, and preservation of all records, forms, and documents referred to in this Title, in order to conserve storage space, if the use of such microfilm or microfiche machinery or electronic digitizing machinery and apparatus is not otherwise prohibited by law. B. Such microfilm, microfiche, or electronic digitized copy shall be deemed to be an original record for all purposes, and shall be admissible in evidence in all courts or administrative agencies. A facsimile, exemplification, or certified copy thereof shall, for all purposes, be deemed to be a transcript, exemplification, or certified copy of the original.
