A. The state librarian shall be responsible for establishing a system of depositories for state public documents, and for the deposit and distribution of state public documents to the depositories. B. The state librarian shall adopt and promulgate rules and regulations, and enter into agreements with depositories, as necessary to implement the provisions of this Chapter.
