Legislative libraries

A. A law library known as the "Huey P. Long Memorial Law Library" shall be located in the state capitol building and administered by the Senate with funds allocated by the Legislative Budgetary Control Council or otherwise made available for such purposes. B. A research library known as the "David R. Poynter Legislative Research Library" shall be located in the state capitol building and administered by the House of Representatives.
