Budget requests; executive budget; submission to committee

A. The budget requests or statements of various budget units submitted to the governor and any budget statement prepared by the commissioner of administration as provided in R.S. 39:33 shall be submitted for informational purposes each year to the joint committee on the same day that such statements are submitted to the governor or prepared by the commissioner of administration. B. The governor shall submit his executive budget recommendations to the joint committee as provided in Part II of Chapter 1 of Subtitle I of Title 39 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950. The executive budget recommendations submitted during the first year of each term shall be submitted to the joint committee no later than thirty days prior to the regular session of the legislature.
