A. The board shall require the corporation to require certain policyholders to establish a written workplace accident and injury reduction plan that promotes safe working conditions and which is based on clearly stated goals and objectives. At a minimum, the plan shall describe the following: (1) The implementation by the policyholder, supervisors, and employees of the program and continued participation of management to be established, measured, and maintained. (2) The methods used to identify, analyze, and control new or existing hazards, conditions, and operations. (3) The investigation and corrective action implemented for workplace accidents. (4) The enforcement of safe work practices and rules. B. The corporation shall require such a policyholder to conduct and document a review of the workplace accident and injury reduction plan at least annually. The review shall document how procedures set forth in the plan are being met. The review shall be submitted to the corporation.
