A. Nothing in this Subpart shall alter or diminish any right, privilege, or authority granted to any insurance company under any other provisions of this Title. B. All property residual value insurers operating pursuant to a license as required by this Subpart shall be exempt from the applicability of all other insurance laws of this state, except where such laws are specifically incorporated herein by reference.
