Every nonprofit funeral service association shall pay the following fees: (1) To the secretary of state: (a) For filing and recording articles, twenty-five cents per one hundred words. (b) For certificate of recordation, one dollar. (2) To the commissioner of insurance: (a) For each certificate of authority, twenty-five dollars. (b) For each examination, not exceeding twenty-five dollars per diem and expenses for each examiner. (c) For each producer's license, two dollars.
