§1931.8. Deposit of monies collected NOTE: §1931.8 eff. until July 1, 2022. See Acts 2021, No. 114. All monies collected pursuant to this Part shall be dedicated to and deposited into the Insurance Fraud Investigation Fund pursuant to R.S. 40:1428(C). Forty percent of the monies deposited into the fund pursuant to this Part shall be allocated from the fund to the attorney general's office for purposes as provided by law.
