A. Any limited license issued under this Part shall also authorize any employees and any authorized agents of the limited licensee to act individually on behalf, and under the supervision, of the limited licensee with respect to the kinds of coverage specified in this Part. B. Each rental company licensed pursuant to this Part shall conduct a training program in which employees and authorized agents being trained shall receive basic instruction about the kinds of coverage specified in this Part and offered for purchase by prospective renters of rental vehicles. C. The limited licensee shall keep a list of all persons who are authorized or who are selling insurance as provided in this Part. The list shall be provided to the commissioner within two weeks of written demand from the commissioner.
