A. If considered necessary by the commissioner of insurance, the department may issue a limited claims adjuster license to an applicant in the manner otherwise provided for the issuance of a license under this Part. B. The claims adjuster license shall specifically limit the kinds of insurance that may be handled by the person. C. The claims adjuster shall not adjust insurance claims other than those for which the adjuster is specifically licensed.
