Louisiana Code § RS 22:1263

Premises used as polling places; prohibited provisions excluding or limiting coverage

A. A provision in a liability or other insurance policy which excludes or limits coverage solely because premises are being used as a polling place in an election shall be null and void and unenforceable as contrary to public policy. B. The provisions of Subsection A shall apply to policies of insurance issued after July 6, 1988. Acts 1988, No. 257, §1, eff.
