Disclosure of rating practices and renewability provisions for insureds

A. Each health insurance issuer shall make reasonable disclosure in solicitation and sales materials provided to insureds of the provisions relating to renewability of coverage. B. Each health insurance issuer shall provide its insureds with a written notice and reasonable explanation and justification, including the contributing factors for the rate increase, for any rate increase no less than forty-five days prior to the effective date of such increase.
